The options below give you different levels of support, depending on how much guidance and accountability you need. Monthly, Weekly, Daily... you decide.

This gives you the freedom to add In Person Sessions, as and when you need them.

I will build out a personalised workout program, just for you. Your workouts, nutrition, knowing what to do inbetween sessions, will all be accounted for.

Progress 165 is all about giving you the support outside of the gym and creating a lifestyle that fits seamlessly in with your training routine.

Your training, nutrition, and accountability all in one place.

Access your personalised workout plan, watch exercise videos, track your performance and log your progress. This allows me to review your results and make adjustments when needed.

If nutrition is included in your package, you'll also be able to track calories and protein, helping you fuel your body for performance, building muscle and fat loss.

There is also the option for habit tracking, helping you build consistency in the areas that matter most. The app syncs with many popular wearable devices, keeping all your progress in one place and ensuring we never miss a beat.

121 Personal Training

Whether you're starting up in the gym for the first time or you've been doing it for years, 121 Personal Training Sessions will allow us to fine tune your technique, work around injuries and make sure your exercise and training routine is focused around your goals.

Using a combination of Strength and Mobility we can start building a solid foundation, which will allow you to start lifting weights safely, effectively and with intent.

Commit to Weekly In Person Sessions and the Progress 165 Essentials Coaching System is integrated into your training, so you’re supported both in the gym and across the rest of your week

Personal Training Sessions 

With a 45 or 60 min option, I will make sure your training is effective and delivering you the best possible results. Simply set up a free Pay As You Go Membership and get your sessions booked in.
