I’m Marek, a Personal Trainer and Coach specialising in helping adults over 40 build strength, improve mobility, and train with confidence.
Like many people, I started out training purely for aesthetics. Over time, that focus shifted. As life got busier and recovery mattered more, strength, movement, and how I felt day to day became far more important than how I looked.
That shift is what led to Progress 165. Because real results aren’t built in the few hours you train each week, they’re built through how you move, recover, eat, and live in the other 165 hours.

Taster sessions are a low-pressure way to get clear on where you’re at and what you need. We’ll look at how you move, identify any mobility or strength limitations, and introduce exercises suited to your ability and goals. We'll also have a discussion about your current lifestyle and nutrition.
You’ll leave with clearer insight, practical next steps, and a better understanding of how to train effectively. There’s no obligation to continue beyond the taster sessions.
