I’m Marek, a Personal Trainer and Coach specialising in helping adults over 40 build strength, improve mobility, and train with confidence.

Like many people, I started out training purely for aesthetics. Over time, that focus shifted. As life got busier and recovery mattered more, strength, movement, and how I felt day to day became far more important than how I looked.

That shift is what led to Progress 165. Because real results aren’t built in the few hours you train each week, they’re built through how you move, recover, eat, and live in the other 165 hours.

My coaching is built around helping you train smarter, not harder, so your body supports your life rather than fighting against it.

I provide structured strength and mobility training with practical education around nutrition and lifestyle, so you have the energy to train well and still feel good day to day.

The goal isn’t just better workouts, but giving you the tools to get more out of your time in the gym and your life outside it, now and in the future.

The Taster Session

and Starting Point

Taster sessions are a low-pressure way to get clear on where you’re at and what you need. We’ll look at how you move, identify any mobility or strength limitations, and introduce exercises suited to your ability and goals. We'll also have a discussion about your current lifestyle and nutrition.

You’ll leave with clearer insight, practical next steps, and a better understanding of how to train effectively. There’s no obligation to continue beyond the taster sessions.

Progress 165 Essentials

6-week structured coaching

Designed for adults over 40 who want a clear, supported way to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and train with confidence.

Over 6 weeks, we focus on: Strength that supports joints and movement, mobility where it matters most

and habits that support recovery, energy and consistency

Alongside training, we also look at nutrition and lifestyle factors that support your workouts. When these aren’t aligned, progress stalls. This programme ensures your effort in the gym leads to sustainable results, not short-term fixes.

Ongoing Coaching

For long-term progress

For those who want continued support, ongoing coaching builds on the foundations established in Progress 40 Essentials.

This can include:

  • Regular 121 Coaching Sessions

  • Establishing New Goals

  • Clear Pathways To Success

  • Evolving Workout Programs

  • Continued Nutrition Support

  • Further Lifestyle Guidance

The focus is always on helping you stay consistent, pain-free, and progressing over the long term.
