What To Expect From Your 30 Minute Taster Session

The Taster Session's are designed to give you clarity and direction before committing to anything longer term.

During the session, we’ll look at how you move, identify any mobility restrictions or areas that may be holding you back, and introduce a few exercises that are appropriate for your ability and goals.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what your body needs when it comes to Weight Training to progress safely, along with practical, actionable steps you can start using straight away.

We’ll also discuss whether further coaching would be beneficial based on what we identify, but there is no obligation to continue beyond the Taster Session.

Everyone who attends a Taster Session walks away with clearer insight, increased confidence and a better plan for moving forward, whether they choose to continue with coaching or not.
