Every 4 weeks, your plan evolves with you, keeping you progressing, not plateauing. This is the foundation: build strength, move better and create the habits that carry you through the other 165 hours of the week.
If you want to add 121 sessions, you can bolt them onto your Essentials Programme. All sessions take place at my home gym, Holly Hill Leisure Centre in Hamble.
