You can drag workouts to different days

Keep exercises in the same order, even if the day changes

Here is a short video that goes into a bit more detail if you need it.

During Your Workout

  • Complete the programmed warm-up exercise

  • Log all main sets, reps and weights

  • Choose a weight that challenges you to near failure within the rep range

  • Follow the recommended rest times

  • Aim to increasing either weight or reps each week

  • Previous workout data appears on the right to guide you
